Things to be aware of for your upcoming appointment

  • Your first appointment will cover your current symptoms and medical history, any relevant test results or imaging, and a physical examination where appropriate. For men with prostate concerns, this may include a rectal examination. The appointment ends with a clear discussion of next steps — whether that's further investigation, a treatment recommendation, or a plan for monitoring.

  • Patients should remember to bring with the following for their appointment with Dr Deanne:

    • Referral letter from their GP

    • Medicare, DVA or Pension Card

    • Private health insurance details

    • Any relevant medical reports, including blood and urine tests and imaging

    • A list of current medications.

You are more than welcome to have a friend or family member accompany you for the appointment. New patients should fill out the patient registration form here, or alternatively arrive ten minute early and fill out a paper form at the clinic.

  • Payments are accepted either in cash or via credit/debit card, and bank transfers, and are required to be settled either prior to or on the day of the appointment. Medicare refund will be processed on the same day. You can find out more on our fee structure here

  • Dr Deanne is also available for telehealth appointments if you are unable to make it into the clinic. Please call the clinic in advance to let us know you if you would prefer a telehealth appointment.
