If you wish to discuss a case prior to referral, contact the rooms and arrangements can be made for Dr Soares to speak with you directly.
What to include in your referral
To assist with triage, please include: key clinical details (haematuria, elevated PSA, abnormal imaging, palpable mass), relevant pathology and imaging results, and any urgency indicators or red flags. Where available, PSA trend data, MRI reports, and current medications are helpful.
What your patient can expect
At the initial appointment Dr Soares will take a detailed history, review all available imaging and pathology, and discuss the relevant treatment pathway — including where active surveillance or non-surgical management is appropriate. She consults across East Melbourne, Richmond, Coburg, Melbourne CBD and Mornington.
